I’ve read so many bad feedbacks about this company and I think most of them are right. First of all the only good thing that this company had done is the fast installation of the Internet. It just took 3 days after the application for it to happen.
Then I noticed the problem, the connection is slow. I availed Plan 999 and the speed is 512kbps but when I tested it, the DL speed is only around 250kbps and the Upload Speed is around 150kbps. At first I thought the connection was just adjusting but I’ve been observing it for almost a week now and there are almost same results. There are times when the speed increases but after a few minutes it goes down again.
I haven’t contacted the Support yet and after reading the feedbacks of other people I think I don’t have to. Its just a waste of time contacting them. I just hope this 2009, they’ll fix this problem so that I won’t be forced to change ISP.

i have the same problem with my connection., before it like a 30 KBps Download., but now!!! it a suckin’ less than 9KBps., what a connection!., i dont know what’s happening to that company., but it seems like i’m not paying for what i have availed connection for.., my connection was like this starting January 2009., sometimes, the connection cuts., how am i able to use what i am paying for when i cannot even use it??!, i availed for a 384KBPS connection., it was a promo back early 2008 384Kbps for Php777., i hope they’ll fix this problem fast.,
Yeap, sad to say we were ne of the many victims of this company. I paid 999 for 512 kbps, but I only got the maximum of around 400kbps. I don’t know what the hell is their problem. I just hope they’d fix it ASAP.

crappy digitel customer service. lately i’ve had problems w/ my internet connection and when i called they said they file a report to be forwarded to their “concern group” but it took more than a week to have the thing fixed! it finally got resolved when i went to their local office located in IMUS CAVITE which by the way the people there are all incapable of helping their customers. I went there and banged the fuckin bida modem on their desk because i got so pissed off all they say is “i monitor nyo na lng sir”. after all its said and done they found out that they placed our internet service at the wrong port. WTF! these people are so stupid and a-holes! i have spread the word about this and told my friends not to do business w/ digitel internet services.
See, its been a year now since my last post about it but still nothing has happened. the customer service will also try to persuade you that the problem is not their connection but your computer. they’ll ask you to remove the cables, reset the PC and stuffs but in the end, nothing’s happened just wasted time.
