I went there and banged the fuckin bida modem on their desk because i got so pissed off all they say is "i monitor nyo na lng sir". after all its said and done they found out that they placed our internet service at the wrong port. I paid 999 for 512 kbps, but I only got the maximum of around 400kbps. I don't know what the hell is their problem.
