			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;ve read so many bad feedbacks about this company and I think most of them are right. First of all the only good thing that this company had done is the fast installation of the Internet. It just took 3 days after the application for it to happen.</p>
<p>Then I noticed the problem, the connection is slow. I availed Plan 999 and the speed is 512kbps but when I tested it, the DL speed is only around 250kbps and the Upload Speed is around 150kbps. At first I thought the connection was just adjusting but I&#8217;ve been observing it for almost a week now and there are almost same results. There are times when the speed increases but after a few minutes it goes down again.</p>
<p>I haven&#8217;t contacted the Support yet and after reading the feedbacks of other people I think I don&#8217;t have to. Its just a waste of time contacting them. I just hope this 2009, they&#8217;ll fix this problem so that I won&#8217;t be forced to change ISP.</p>
